More than 95% of commercial buildings in Australia have scale in their HVAC cooling water system. This situation has been brought about by our relatively new saving water policy.

To save water (this is typically the water, in the form of vapor, emitting from cooling towers caused by evaporation) we must increase the "cycles of concentration".
